In-Person Mediation Services Available With Safety Protocols in Place

San Bernardino Superior Court Issues 2021 Shelter Court Schedule
SAN BERNARDINO, CA — The 2021 Shelter Court Schedule has been released for court sessions through June 2021. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Shelter Court will continue to be held monthly at 1:30 p.m. at the Rancho Cucamonga Courthouse located at 8303 Haven Avenue, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730. The remainder of this year’s schedule will be released at a later date.

SBSC Hosts First Remote Grand Jury Ceremony
SAN BERNARDINO, CA — On December 18, 2020, San Bernardino Superior Court (SBSC) hosted its first remote San Bernardino County Grand Jury Ceremony due to the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic. Each year, SBSC hosts an annual event where it accepts the Grand Jury’s Final Report, dismisses the current Grand Jurors from their service and selects the incoming Grand Jury panel.

Big Bear Courthouse Changes Hours of Operation Effective on January 6, 2021
SAN BERNARDINO, CA — Effective on January 6, 2021, the Big Bear Courthouse will change its hours of operation to the first Wednesday of each month, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and will continue providing remote hearings for misdemeanor modifications and traffic infractions, along with services provided by the Clerk’s Office.

San Bernardino Superior Court Launches Live Audio Streaming For Court Proceedings
SAN BERNARDINO − The San Bernardino Superior Court (SBSC) is excited to announce the launch of live audio streaming starting on Monday, July 20 for all criminal proceedings held at the San Bernardino Justice Center with an incremental rollout countywide for all case types by August 31, 2020. Due to confidentiality, juvenile delinquency and dependency cases are excluded.
