Submitting filings electronically allows court users to submit documents to the court securely through an electronic service provider (EFSP) over the internet. You can eFile documents 24/7 through any approved EFSP.
eFiled documents must be submitted in a non-editable Portable Document Format (PDF) and cannot exceed 25 MB per document and 50 MB per file upload. The program will request information required for processing and allow documents to be uploaded and transmitted to the appropriate court location and processed electronically.
Court users must comply with the eFiling Requirements and Local Rules. The eFiling Requirements also contain the list of documents that are ineligible for eFiling.
