To continue measurable ways of protecting the health and safety of the public and court personnel by reducing in-person contact at court buildings during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic, the court has begun to implement remote hearings by telephone (audio) for most hearing types and video on a case by case basis.

To view the type of remote capabilities that are available for a specific department, click on the department in the table below.

Department information will be announced soon.

To appear remotely for your hearing you must complete and submit the Notice of Remote Appearance form (RA-010) RA-010: Notice of Remote Appearance to the appropriate court.

For non-evidentiary hearings the above form must be submitted two (2) court days prior to the hearing or if you receive less than three (3) court days notice of the hearing you may submit the above form by 2:00 p.m. the day before the hearing.  For a trial or evidentiary hearing, you must submit the above form ten (10) court days prior to the hearing or if you received less than fifteen (15) days notice of the hearing then submit 5 court days prior to the hearing.

These procedures are being implemented pursuant to the Code of Civil Procedure 367.75 and California Rules of Court 3.672.

To make arrangements to appear telephonically through CourtCall, you may contact CourtCall at (888) 882-6878 or visit their website at www.courtcall.com.
